Focus: Growth and empowerment of Black-owned businesses. We provide the tools, networking, and resources necessary for Black entrepreneurs to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

2. Workforce Pathways

Focus: Successful careers and economic advancement. We prepare individuals for the modern workforce, ensuring they have the skills and access needed for sustainable career growth.

3. Youth Entrepreneurship

Focus: Leadership and entrepreneurial skills in young people. Through our Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT) program, we cultivate the next generation of leaders by fostering innovation and business acumen.

4. Advocacy and Voice

Focus: Representing community interests and equitable policies. We serve as a powerful voice for our community, working with policymakers to ensure equity and representation at all levels of government.

5. Community Engagement

Focus: Strong partnerships and community involvement. We believe in the power of "we." By building strategic partnerships, we foster a sense of belonging and collective action within the North Bay.

6. Financial Sustainability

Focus: Long-term resources for growth and stability. We prioritize fund development to ensure our programs remain stable and scalable, providing a foundation for our community’s future.
