Nancy Rogers, President and CEO
Nancy Rogers is married and has four adult children. She is a Chef and Owner of the Red Rose, a catering company located in Santa Rosa California. Nancy attended the University of Pine Bluff, in Pine Bluff Arkansas; she also received her AA and Culinary degree at the Santa Rosa Junior College. She is very active in the community. Nancy is the President of Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow Foundation, a 5013c non-profit organization; she is the President of the MLK/Juneteenth Festival, President of the North Bay Black Chambers of Commerce, and is on the Board of the Sonoma County Black Forum. Nancy believes that if you live in the Community, you should be a part of the Community and get involved.
Rose Parish, Vice President
Rose Parish lived in Cincinnati, Ohio before moving to California after receiving a job offer. Shortly after moving to California, she volunteered to tutor at an elementary school. This was just one of her first steps in getting involved in the community. Rose is married and has 3 adult children. She loves cooking and entertaining her family. As the Owner and Chef of Nati Catering, she has a diverse client base which includes non profit organizations, from Redding to San Diego. After moving to Petaluma in 1993, she joined the Petaluma Blacks for Community Development. She served on the board of the Community Health Foundation, the Petaluma Rotary, and most importantly, was a founding member of the North Bay Black Chamber. Rose was taught to believe in getting involved and giving back to the community. This is something she instills in her family and friends.
Nicole Rogers, Secretary
Nicole Rogers earned her B.A degree from Clark Atlanta University and her Masters degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University’s Atlanta campus. She was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California and she moved to Atlanta for college at the age of 18. In college, Nicole was the treasurer and president of her Greek organization, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She worked at the Fulton County courthouse in Atlanta, Georgia for nine years before deciding to move back to California after 15 years of living in Atlanta. Nicole currently works for Alameda County Superior court as a Division Chief overseeing a staff that covers a variety of court matters. Now living in Northern California, She holds the seat as Treasurer for the North Bay Black Chamber of Commerce and is proud to be a part of an organization that is uplifting the businesses and residents of Sonoma County.
Abrea Tillman, Treasurer
Abrea is the owner of LA Beauty & Hair in Santa Rosa, California. Her shop is an in-store wigs shop, which provides expert service and products to clients seeking to improve their physical appearance and emotional wellness. As of fall 2020 the shop has operated under new ownership by Abrea Tillman. Ms. Tillman is licensed as a Cosmetologist in the state of California. In addition, she is also certified in wig making, braiding, and natural hair care

Andrea Hall, Director of Community Engagement
Dr. Andrea Hall was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA.
Andrea's academic journey was a diverse one, with interests spanning science, sociology, health, spirituality, and physical education. Her pursuit of knowledge in these areas led to her earning degrees and licenses in nursing, multicultural studies, metaphysics, and physical fitness from the Santa Rosa Jr. College, Sonoma State University, the University of Sedona, and the San Francisco Theological Seminary. Andrea’s current focus is on writing works of fiction about her favorite life experiences, including nursing, spirituality, love, and family.
